Each dish tells a story.

This new concept will transport diners through a 12-course Omakase-inspired culinary journey paired with an eight-part film series, with each film intended as an exploration of the ingredients and artisanal practices that inspire each course. Guests will be immersed in the stories of the farms, fisheries, and artisans that sustain us, celebrating a shared commitment to sustainable sourcing, craftsmanship and stewardship.

Together with OpenTable, as well as Miele and Audi, ThroughLine’s 2025 residency season will begin in Park City, Utah with the first experience of the season at The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Resorts Collection from February 13th – 17th and February 20th – 23rd.  Our second experience is slated to take place at Wildflower Farms, Auberge Resorts Collection in Hudson Valley, NY on April 26th and 27th, and a third experience will conclude the series in New York City in early April.
